City Fresh Foods recently moved into a state of the art 11,000-square-foot commissary located at 77 Shirley Street in Roxbury Massachusetts. This new facility allows City Fresh to increase daily meal production while simultaneously improving quality and efficiencies. Our facility is fully licensed for operations. Copies of permits, inspection reports, and a kitchen audit are available upon request.
Our commissary is organized and designed to maximize production and product flow while minimizing excess motions. We continue to perfect information and product flow systems that have been developed through fifteen years of experience. We utilize the latest in volume cooking technology and our staff is trained in the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
All of our key staff is HAACP trained and ServSafe Certified.
